Reception Details – Reception Details, Special songs and Announcements, Introductions. If you are still trying to decide some of your Wedding Specialty songs, in the “Music Requests” section, check out the “Most Requested” tab for some of the following Wedding Specialty songs: Bride & Groom | Bride & Father | Groom & Mother | Bridal Party | Bouquet Toss | Garter Toss | Cake Cutting.
Bride and Groom Requests – Allows you to create a Must Play, Try to play, and Do Not Play list.
You do not have to reselect your special songs already chosen in the Reception Details link. For any special announcement or dedication songs, please add a note on the form, with the song, so that your DJ can make that announcement or dedication, as they play the song.
Enhance Your Reception – These are various enhancement options for your Reception (Ceremonies, Photo Montages, Digital pictures, UP lighting, and Basic Photo and Video services that “don’t break the bank“.

Guest Requests – We set this link up only upon Bride/Groom request. This is a Guest request link. Please be sure to request familiar songs that will make people DANCE !! (Group ID is Wedding Date (mmddyy), password is easydj). We will provide Bride with an email to send to guests to announce this feature.

Bride and Groom Instructions
- The ”KEY” for each form is your Wedding date and your email address.
- You can save, reload, modify, and print your forms.
- Enter information completely and accurately so that I may perform flawlessly at your Reception. Spell names phonetically (like they sound). Get introduction pairings correct.
- Be sure your forms are complete and finished before submitting.
- After completing each form submit them to me.
- Please complete and submit your forms by the end of day Sunday prior to your Wedding.
- Please refrain from last minute changes after you have submitted your forms. This is how mistakes and omissions can occur.
Once you submit the forms, we will schedule a Phone Consult, usually Monday or Tuesday evening of “Wedding Week”. This phone consult only takes about 20 minutes since the forms have focused you to capture all of the necessary details. We review all details of the forms and ideas for the Reception. Its efficient for both of US, and works really well! Getting the correct and complete detail into the forms allows me to perform “Flawlessly” on your Wedding day !!!
- Cocktail Hour
- Introductions of Bride and Groom and bridal party (Select 1 or 2 intro songs)

- Cake Cut (If large Wedding or cake is desert, can do this Before “Toasts”
- 1st Dance (Bride and Groom)
- Father / Daughter dance
- Mother / Son dance
- Bridal party with parents dance (can invite guests up 1/2 way through… a good ice breaker)
- Open Dancing for an hour or so (get your guests up and moving)
- Bouquet and Garter throw
- Resume Open Dancing.
